Welcome to T-Minus AI. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using T-Minus AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.

2. Use of the App

T-Minus AI is a personal countdown and event tracking application. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the App
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

3. In-App Purchases

T-Minus AI offers a one-time Pro upgrade for $4.99 (USD). All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their standard refund process.

4. AI Features

T-Minus AI uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, milestones, and event suggestions. These are generated automatically and are for informational and motivational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

5. iCloud Sync

The App uses Apple's iCloud service to sync your data across devices. Your iCloud data is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by T-Minus AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, T-Minus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
